How to Work with Indecision

If you’re feeling paralyzed and and don’t know what your next move in your business is, my coaching often is: it’s okay not to make your next move.

It took me years to untrain myself from pushing even harder when I felt paralyzed by indecision or when things just weren't working out. You know the feeling: indecision, life feeling like you're walking uphill, a general sense of "this isn't right," but still knocking your head against the wall. Your mind is saying: we'll figure this out. Everything else in you is telling you to pump the brakes.

Sometimes what you need isn’t another decision—it’s the freedom to pause with compassion.

Take a breath, place your hand on your belly, and say, “I’m giving myself permission to pause.” This self-regulation is often where clarity emerges.

THE TRUTH IS... There's a reason it's just not clicking. Figure out what things are supposed to look like FOR YOU. We move through feeling paralyzed only via compassion and understanding. THEN you can make some fun commitments to yourself. Try new things. Leave behind whatever needs to be shed.

It's so much saner than our "get it done" culture would have us do first. No more knocking heads on walls. This is exactly what my single Momentum Coaching Session is designed for—supporting entrepreneurs through moments of indecision, helping you find clarity, steady your nervous system, and move with grounded action.

In my work, I’ve found that true breakthroughs from paralyzing indecision happen when you offer yourself compassion—and then commit to a next step that feels right for you.
