2. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

3. Educational information only

Content on this Website is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice.

4. Coaching services

If you purchase coaching services, your coaching relationship may also be governed by a separate coaching agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed coaching agreement, the coaching agreement will govern for those services.

You are responsible for how you use the information provided.

6. Purchases, payments, and access

If you purchase a product or service, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge the amount due.

We may suspend or terminate access to paid services or digital content if payment fails or is materially overdue.

7. Refunds

Refund and cancellation rules may vary depending on the product or service and will be stated at purchase and, where applicable, in the coaching agreement.

Where a money-back guarantee is offered for a specific program, the terms of that guarantee will be described on the relevant sales page or written agreement and will apply only to that program.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable consumer rights under applicable EU law.

8. EU right of withdrawal (distance sales)

If you are an EU/EEA consumer and you purchase a service or digital content online, you may have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days of the contract being formed, unless an exception applies.

If you request immediate access to digital content or immediate performance of services during the withdrawal period, you may be asked at checkout to expressly acknowledge that you want immediate performance and, where applicable, that you may lose the right of withdrawal for that digital content once performance begins.
