  • Quiz Data: If you complete the Adaptotype Quiz, your responses and results are stored securely in Google Sheets and our email marketing platform (Kit) for the purposes of delivering your quiz results and related coaching resources. Quiz data is used for informational and coaching purposes only and does not constitute medical or psychological advice.

Data Retention

We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Quiz responses and results are stored until you request deletion. We do not use quiz responses for automated decision-making or profiling beyond the delivery of your result. Billing and payment information may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements. When you request deletion of your quiz results, we will remove them from both Google Sheets and our email platform (Kit) within 30 days.

Confidentiality

We aim to keep your data confidential. However, we may disclose it if required by law, to protect our rights or property, or in cases of potential misuse of this Website.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the Personal Data we hold about you.

  • Correct, update, or delete your data (“right to be forgotten”).

  • Withdraw consent to processing.

  • Request data portability.

  • Restrict or object to processing under certain conditions.

That being said, we cannot guarantee that your Personal Data will always be secure due to technology limitations or security breaches. Should there be a data breach of which we are aware, we will inform you without undue delay and within 72 hours where legally required.

Anti-Spam Policy

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. We do not sell or rent email addresses and you can opt out of emails at any time.
