Business Coaching for Courageous Entrepreneurs

MORE EASE, MORE COURAGE, MORE IMPACT.

If you’re a business owner or entrepreneur wondering how to move through self-doubt and uncertainty with clarity and courage, you’ve found the right place.

Being an entrepreneur is one of the most thrilling rides there is, but, it also comes with more than a few challenges.

Stress, doubt, and the pressure to keep everything moving while also creating new clients can feel like a lot.

As a result, we can overthink, overwork, over-commit, and feel paralyzed on our next steps, even outright avoiding what we know needs to be done or said.

Deciding to be a business owner is, in a way, quite easy.

But learning how to be an entrepreneur while staying true to ourselves is another story.

What you can expect from coaching together

Whether it’s working directly one-on-one with you or facilitating between business partners, the aim is always to create clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

We’ll bring curiosity to crunchy moments, test what’s possible, and explore the boundaries of what you believe you can achieve.  Together, we'll craft plans that feel aligned, adaptable, and nurturing.

I'll equip you with evidence-based tools and concepts that can be applied in real-time and we'll make sure it feels right with a streamlined approach.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Coaching might be a good fit if you’re navigating uncertainty in your business, feel stuck in patterns of self-doubt or perfectionism, or are craving a space to make thoughtful, aligned decisions. You don’t need to have a clear goal yet, just a willingness to look inward, get honest with yourself, and move forward with more clarity and courage.

  • I work with courageous entrepreneurs, often solo or partnered business owners in their first 5–7 years of business, who care deeply about doing meaningful work but find themselves getting caught in fear, procrastination, or overthinking. Many of my clients are navigating internal challenges more than external ones: things like self-doubt, visibility resistance, difficulty in having tough conversations, or the emotional risk of growth.

  • Absolutely not. In fact, coaching is most useful when things aren’t figured out. If you’re in the middle of a pivot, stuck in indecision, or spinning in your head, coaching can help you access your own clarity and get out of reactive, over-responsible, or perfectionistic patterns. You don’t need a polished goal, just a willingness to get curious.

  • Great question. Therapy often looks to your past for healing; mentoring gives you advice from someone who’s walked your same path. Coaching, the way I practice it, is both present- and future-focused. I won’t tell you what to do. Instead, I help you access your own insight, name what matters, and build a new relationship with the risks that have kept you stuck. It’s less about fixing and more about expanding what’s possible for you.

  • In a Momentum Session, we focus in on one area where you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unclear and use coaching to help you reconnect to your own wisdom and next steps.

In a longer coaching series, we have space to go deeper: we look at how self-doubt is showing up, explore the risks you’re avoiding, and create structures for sustainable, values-aligned momentum in your business.

  • Not at all. Some clients begin with a one-time Momentum Session to get clarity, while others choose a coaching series or a smaller package when they want to do more foundational work over time. We can figure out together what makes the most sense for where you are.

  • Clients often walk away with a clearer sense of direction, stronger self-trust, and a better understanding of the inner patterns that have been driving their stuckness. It’s not always about external results right away, but about learning how to make aligned choices, show up differently in your business, and move forward with more courage and agency.

  • Yes — discovery calls are complimentary. They’re informal 20–25 minute conversations where we talk about where you’re at, what you’re hoping for, and whether coaching with me feels like a good fit. No pressure, no pitch, just a chance to connect.

  • That’s so common, and totally okay. Many of my clients feel that way, especially if they’re used to hiding behind productivity, staying small, or struggling with visibility. You don’t need to perform here. Our work is about creating a space where you can show up as you are, gently explore what’s underneath the fear, and move forward in a way that actually feels like you.

  • Yes, that’s actually a huge focus of my work. I use an evidence-based framework to help you understand the protective patterns behind your self-doubt and gently shift them. We work with parts of you that are trying to keep you safe - not to get rid of them, but to help you move forward with more clarity, confidence, and connection to your voice.n
