Owning and running a business is a remarkable journey that is
filled with triumphs and hurdles.

And collaborating with a business partner can be an incredible boon to navigating your way through it all.

Whether you're at the early stages of a startup or have been partnering in business for decades, it's crucial to keep connected with your partner, your shared vision, and to continue to manifest your collective dreams and goals.

This is where receiving dedicated support and time as business partners can be crucial.

Business partnership coaching offers tailored guidance to intentionally touch base, set goals, find common ground, and elevate your partnership into a thriving enterprise.

What Does Business Partnership
Coaching Encompass?

Alternating between group “partnership coaching” sessions and one-on-one private sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to receive both individualized support as well as group collaboration.

A partnership coaching session serves as a critical platform for business partners to refine strategies and approaches, resolve misalignments, enhance collaboration, and fortify communication. In private sessions, you'll delve into your personal objectives and uncover the barriers impeding success.

How it Works

In our one-hour coaching sessions conducted via Zoom, your voices take center stage. Together, we have purpose-driven discussions and encourage attentive listening. As your coach, my role is to provide personalized structure and impartial insights.

These sessions revolve around open conversations, allowing ample time to explore your history, roles, perspectives, and aspirations so you can support each other as well as the business as a whole.

We delve into what drives you and the transformations you envision, with each partner having an equal opportunity to express themselves, nurturing stronger communication.

“One of the best business decisions my partner and I have made.”

“Working with Scott has been one of the best business decisions my partner and I have made. He has worked with us to get through exciting and scary challenges and always has the right question to ask. And though the context of our work is business, he also coaches us as humans so that we can bring our best selves to our work. Scott is also now working with some of our staff on their leadership development. Our business would not be same without him!"
