BEYOND FOUNDATIONAL TRAINING

What do you do when a client can see the pattern clearly, yet insight alone isn’t creating change?

Perhaps your coaching work is creating insight, but the insight doesn’t translate into action. Or maybe you leave a session sensing that something more important was happening beneath the conversation, without feeling certain how to recognize or work with it.

The Self-belief Coaching Academy helps you understand that deeper layer.

THE OFFICIAL SBCA PROGRAM

CREATED AND LED
by Sas Petherick

The Self-belief Coaching Academy (SBCA) is an advanced certification for coaches, therapists, and mentors who want to work skillfully with the protective patterns, identity, and meaning-making beneath self-doubt.

It is not simply another collection of coaching tools. It develops your capacity to see more of the person in front of you, make thoughtful choices in the moment, and support deeper, more lasting change.

I’ll be supporting you inside SBCA

01.

MY ROLE AS HEAD SUPPORT COACH IN THE PROGRAM

Inside the curriculum

I completed the first SBCA cohort and have been its Head Support Coach since the second cohort in 2021. I work alongside Sas to support students as they learn, practice, question, experiment, and begin applying the methodology in their own client work.

In the weekly Study Group

I host a place to bring questions, explore the curriculum, get coached, and make sense of what you are learning without needing to arrive with a polished understanding.

Where support matters most

Over the past five years, I have seen where students commonly need support: trying a new approach before they feel fully fluent, reflecting on sessions that did not unfold neatly, and discovering how SBCA fits alongside their existing training, business and practice niche, and way of coaching.

I know the curriculum, I use this work with my own clients, and I understand the sometimes vulnerable process of making a powerful new methodology feel genuinely your own.

Making the methodology your own

02.

FROM LEARNING TO PRACTICE

The real integration happens when you bring the work into a client conversation.

You try something before it feels completely polished. A session unfolds differently than expected. You notice your own self-doubt becoming louder. You begin working out where the methodology complements your existing approach and what it may make possible for your clients and practice.

Enroll in SBCA through me and you’ll receive…

An additional package of practical resources and two private integration sessions for absolutely no additional cost.

I don’t participate in referral programs. SBCA is the exception.

SBCA is the exception because I truly believe it can transform how you work with clients and create lasting, profound change in your practice.

It did that for me. SBCA helped me understand that self-doubt is not simply an unhelpful mindset to overcome. It is often an intelligent attempt to create safety in the presence of risk.

That understanding changed the way I listen, the choices I make in sessions, and the compassion I bring to the ways clients protect themselves. It has helped me work at greater depth while remaining thoughtful about boundaries, responsibility, and the client’s ownership of their experience.

Why I recommend SBCA

Here are the straightforward details: if you enroll after being referred by me, Sas will pay me a fee. I’ve chosen to turn that fee into more support for you: practical tools and two private integration sessions, all at no additional cost to you.

My recommendation is based on my experience as an SBCA graduate, practitioner, and Head Support Coach. The referral payment does not change what I believe about the program or who I think it is right for.

Your Practice Integration package

03.

INCLUDED WHEN YOU REFER ME

Practical resources designed to support your coaching discernment (not turn your coaching into a formula), as well as personal support at no additional charge.

01

The SBCA Intake Upgrade Template

A practical resource to help you notice relevant protective patterns before the coaching conversation begins.

Self-Reported Pattern Prompts: Targeted pre-session questions designed to surface tendencies towards overworking, underworking, perfectionism, procrastination, and the ways a client may move away from discomfort when self-doubt is activated.

Container & Engagement Guide: Guidance for setting expectations around deeper coaching work and helping clients take an active role in making thoughtful use of their sessions.

02

The SBCA Session Prep & Debrief Sheet

A collection of practical tools to bring greater intention to your preparation and more useful reflection to your client work.

Coach State Check: A short grounding practice to help you arrive present, regulated, and connected to yourself before depth work.

Pattern Mapping Matrix: A quick-reference guide connecting common client challenges and protective patterns with relevant SBCA concepts and tools.

Coaching Session Debrief: A one-page worksheet for reflecting on the client’s challenge, the protective behaviours and risks that appeared, the tools you used, the client’s edge, and your own experience as the coach.

03

Two Private Integration Sessions with Me

You will also receive two private 60-minute sessions during your SBCA journey.

Session One: Client Case Integration

Held around the middle of the program, this is a confidential space to bring a suitably anonymised case from your current client work. Together, we will explore what may be happening through an SBCA lens, reflect on the choices available to you, and consider how you might approach the next conversation.

Session Two: Business & Practice Integration

Held towards the end of the live program or shortly afterwards, this session focuses on making SBCA part of your wider practice. We might explore how the methodology complements your existing training, how it fits your business and practice niche, how it informs your offers, or how you can speak about the depth of your work in language that feels clear, ethical, and genuinely yours.

THE NEXT STEP

Is SBCA right for you?

SBCA may feel like a natural next step if:

01

You already have experience working with clients and want to deepen your coaching craft.

02

Your clients can understand their patterns intellectually, but insight does not always translate into change.

03

You want to work more skillfully with perfectionism, procrastination, people-pleasing, overthinking, and self-criticism.

04

You care about depth, compassion, ethical practice, and the complexity of people’s lives.

05

You are willing to explore your own relationship with self-doubt alongside the work you do with clients.

06

You want a coherent methodology you can integrate into your own style rather than another disconnected collection of tools.

3

Mention that I referred you

On your application or during your conversation with Sas, simply say that Scott Robson referred you. Once your place is confirmed, let me know. I will send you the Practice Integration resources and we will arrange your two private sessions at the appropriate points in the program.

There is no additional charge for SBCA for any part of this package.

One important distinction

This additional package is created and delivered by me. It complements the official SBCA curriculum delivered by Sas, as well as the Practice Pods, Study Group, assessment, and supervision.

The private sessions focus on reflective coaching and practice integration. They are not clinical supervision or therapy.
