I’ve been working with Scott for nearly two years, and from the very first session, it has been the most impactful coaching experience of my life. I’ve worked with five business coaches, each with different backgrounds and specialties, all valuable in their own way. But nothing has come close to this.
What Scott created for me was a space I didn’t even know I needed, let alone thought to look for. It’s a space of complete grace and safety, where we can work through whatever is happening and get to the absolute root of it. The healing isn’t just in finding an answer to a problem. It goes deeper than that. When the foundation gets cleaned up, the right answers come to the surface because they were already there. I don’t know that Scott would use the word “healing.” But my experience of working with him has genuinely been a healing one.
When I first came to Scott, I wasn’t necessarily looking for a business coach. He came highly recommended by one of my own clients, and I thought I might as well give it a try. In reality, I desperately needed him. I had so many messy situations in my business that I simply wasn’t equipped to handle. Not because of the situations themselves, but because of where I was as a person at the time. Frankly, I was beaten down, paralyzed by anxiety, overthinking everything, and lacking confidence in every way.
Session by session, we’ve chipped away at every issue in my business, getting to the root of what’s really going on and resolving it. What’s happening at the surface is rarely the actual issue. You might think this sounds more like therapy than coaching, and honestly, it has been more impactful for me than therapy.
